The Name

A Standard Worth Standing Under

The name draws from the Hebrew root Nissi — rendered in scripture as Yahweh Nissi, "The Lord is My Banner." In ancient practice, a banner was no ornament. It was a rallying standard planted on hard-won ground — a declaration of identity, protection, and purpose before profit.

Every venture under the Nissik umbrella begins with that same question: why before how. Faith, family, and an operator's discipline are the constants beneath every capital decision — from construction technology in Tulsa to allied defense advisory in the Arabian Gulf and veterinary healthcare innovation across America.

יְהוָה נִסִּי

Yahweh Nissi  ·  The Lord Is My Banner

"Moses built an altar and called it The Lord is My Banner — for hands were lifted up to the throne of the Lord."

Exodus 17 : 15 – 16

Dil Kulathum

Managing Director  ·  Nissik Ventures

Dil Kulathum is a founder, global operator, principal investor, and board leader whose career spans three decades of international enterprise leadership — across AI-enabled infrastructure, entertainment, defense advisory, construction management, veterinary healthcare innovation, and real estate — in the United States, the Arabian Gulf, Latin America, India, and Southeast Asia.

He founded Infratex, Inc., an AI-enabled operational platform for mid-market construction contractors, and VetTex, applying the same infrastructure thesis to independent veterinary practices. He serves as lead principal of the Grand American Rodeo & Country festival circuit — the first PRCA-sanctioned Western heritage and entertainment export to GCC markets — and leads allied defense industrial advisory for sovereign readiness programs in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Qatar.

His operating roots run deep: prior to founding Nissik Ventures, Dil spent 16 years as VP International & Global Strategy at Cardone Industries — a $1.3B global manufacturer — where he drove international expansion across Europe, Mexico, the Middle East, and Asia, led M&A and strategic alliances, and managed a 36-member global team. Earlier career included leadership roles within The Gates Corporation / Stant-Schrader Division, part of a 14,000-person, $3B global automotive and industrial parts manufacturing operation — bridging Sales, Product Integration, and Growth across global acquisitions. Prior to Nissik Ventures, he built a track record in private equity platform development, M&A due diligence, and principal investment across the U.S. and global lower-middle market.

A citizen of the world in the truest sense — 61 countries across five continents, living experience in five nations, and multilingual fluency in five languages — Dil brings a rare combination of operating depth, cross-cultural intelligence, and global relationship networks built across four decades of field-level business engagement.

Strategic advisory to the ISKCON Vaikuntha Hill campus senior living initiative in Bengaluru, India. Governance engagement reflects a consistent conviction that capital deployed with conscience compounds differently.

Selective Advisory

M&A & Growth Advisory

In carefully considered instances, Nissik Ventures extends its principal perspective through selective advisory engagements in mergers, acquisitions, and growth strategy. These engagements are offered exclusively to ownership groups and operators where the fit is substantive — typically mid-market businesses navigating ownership transition, cross-border expansion into GCC, Latin American, or Indian markets, or strategic repositioning ahead of a capital event.

Advisory work draws from the same operator lens applied to the Nissik portfolio: no playbooks, no templates — genuine partnership with principals who treat the work as seriously as we do. International advisory relationships extend to select growth-stage technology and services businesses in South America and the Philippines, where Nissik maintains active operating relationships.

Philosophy

We do not chase markets. We identify compounding asymmetries — places where disciplined capital, operator credibility, and patient conviction create outcomes that others either cannot see or are unwilling to wait for.

Operator First

Every thesis begins with operational reality. We have built and run businesses across sectors and continents — which means we underwrite with eyes open and contribute value far beyond the check. Thirty years of field-level execution informs every capital decision.

Conviction Over Volume

Nissik Ventures maintains a deliberately curated portfolio. We are open to co-investments, strategic global partnerships, and selective direct opportunities where alignment is substantive. Depth of engagement over breadth of position — every principal in our network knows the difference.

Global by Design

Sixty-one countries of engagement, five of residence, relationships built across the GCC, Latin America, India, Southeast Asia, and Europe. This is not a credential — it is an operating network. Single-market capital cannot access what decades of global relationship-building creates.
